Map

Female lead character
In the latest trailer, we get a glimpse of a female character who looks to be in her late 20s or early 30s. The woman's face is obscured by shadows and she appears to be wearing a red outfit—a classic choice for Rockstar Games' characters. However, if you look closely at her hair and clothing, you'll see that they're almost identical to those worn by male protagonists in previous titles like Red Dead Redemption 2 and L.A Noire (the latter of which was developed using motion capture technology).
It's worth noting that this isn't an official confirmation from Rockstar Games about who will be playing as their lead character; it could just be someone animating their likeness into whatever shape would make sense for this particular game universe (which has been described as post-apocalyptic). This could also be some kind of animator doing some work on something else related but not yet ready for release—we don't know yet!
